Begin by standing in a mountain pose — slowly bend your knees and raise your arms over your head — at this point, you'll feel like you're sitting on a virtual chair. then,  stay in that position for a minute.

3. Bridge Pose

Begin by lying flat on your back with arms side of the thighs. Bend your knees and pull them close to your sitting bones. Reach out the arms in front of the heels. Press your feet and hands into the ground. Lift your hips off the floor, towards the belly button. Hold for 30 seconds to 60 second

4. Cobra pose

Lie down on the mat with bent elbow side, head up. Press down your hands, lift the torso off the ground. Use back straight and slowly rolling back — stay in the position for a minute.

5. Bow Pose

Start by lying down on your belly with sidearms, bent knees. Bring your feet above the buttocks. reach out the arms towards the feet, and grab it. Open up your chest, head, knees, and arms into the air. And hold for 30 to 60 seconds. 

6. The Camel Pose

Begin by standing on your knees with feet together, arms side of the hips. Slightly lie down. Reach out your hands to the feet and grab your heels. If you're comfortable in this position — Hold for 30 seconds.

7. The Plank Pose

Start by lying on your belly with arms-feet width-apart, on the floor. Press the hands into the floor. Lift your body off the ground — put your weight on your arms and feet stay in for 30 seconds to 1 minute
