This 15-minute fat-burning workout is a simple and zero-equipment home workout that needs your body weight, and enough space to fit you in.


How you'll be doing:

You'll be doing each exercise for 30 seconds, and 10 seconds of rest. After completing a session, take a 5-minute of break. Repeat; 2 rounds in total.


How often should you do it:

If you never did a strength workout before, start by doing it two to three days per week. (1)

When you get comfortable, you can and should do four to five days for fast results. But make sure to take at least two days of rest each week.
