What you'll need:

This has two types of exercises. With and Without Equipment. And for equipment, you need TWO dumbbells


How will be doing:

Do each exercise for 12-20 reps and 2-3 sets. And Take 30 seconds of rest in between each exercise, and 60 seconds of rest between sets.


How often should you do it:

If you're a beginner and haven't done weight lifting before then you should aim for 15 minutes, 3-4 days a week.

When you get comfortable, you should do it at least for 30 minutes, 4-5 days a week.

And do it... until you are satisfied.

Make sure to take two days of rest in a week. It's important.
