How you'll be doing:


You'll be doing it for 3 sets of 15-25 reps each.

Make sure to take 30 seconds of rest in between, and 1 minute after completing a round.


What you'll need:


There are two types of exercises on it with and without Equipment. And for equipment, you will need Dumbbells and Resistance Bands.


How often should I do this?


If you're a beginner and never get into weight training or anything, then you should be doing it for 3-4 days a week

But, if you've got into it, you should aim for 5-6 days a week.
